In addition to my private practice, I am the Lead Counsellor for Kent Counselling for Schools (KCS), with experience in both primary and secondary school settings.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical guidelines.
My previous experience includes bereavement counselling for Cruse Bereavement Care and Place2Be in primary school education.

I have the following training, qualifications and experience:

-
CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
-
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
-
Walk & Talk Therapy Certified
-
Bereavement Support Certified and Accredited by Ascentis
-
Diploma in Organisational Coaching and Accredited by the EMCC
-
Enhanced DBS
As part of my continued membership, I am required to complete 30 hours of learning (CPD) each year, ensuring I can provide the best possible service to you. In addition, I receive 1.5 hours of supervision per month as set out in BACP’s ethical framework.
I offer counselling from my home in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, which is just around the corner from Southborough Common, halfway between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, and close to most of the primary and secondary schools in the area (Bidborough Primary, Southborough Primary, St Matthew’s Primary, Bennett, Skinners, St Gregory’s, TWGG, TWBG, The Judd and TGG). My therapy space is in a quiet and comfortable room at the bottom of my peaceful garden, surrounded by trees and the sound of birds. There is parking available at my property.
The location of my counselling room may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges due to the width and surface of the path to the bottom of my garden. If access is a concern, I will try to make adjustments where possible and this is something we can discuss further in our initial consultation.
