What I Offer
I can offer you a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and caring space to explore issues thoughts, emotions and feelings that have come about as a result of various life events. While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
As a counsellor, I am motivated by the care entrusted to me and I will be alongside you to help you find the source of your problems and build the courage and strength to face these, so you can achieve a healthier, emotional well-being and become more of the person you desire to be.
As an integrative counsellor I am able to tailor my approach by drawing on different elements of specific therapies, such as person-centred and psychodynamic, and can provide tools for use outside of counselling. As all people are unique, the therapy will be tailored to suit your personality and preferences.
